Jean Houghtby won a blue ribbon for "Best Applique, bed size," ...AND "Viewers'Choice" at the Capital Quilters' Guild show in Raleigh, NC with her beautiful version of the Brandywine Design pattern, "The Twelve Days of Christmas."
Later that same year (2007) her quilt also won "Best of Show" in North Carolina's state fair. Gorgeous work, Jean! Congratulations!
