From Sara Rae:

Dear Brandywine, I purchased this pattern nearly 2 years ago after having talked with Jack on the phone.
(I had hoped for a number of years to find the right "12 days.. " pattern.)  Jack asked that I send a photo when completed. It is all machine appliquéd. (A great Bernina).  I made a few changes as I learned early on to make every quilt my own. Instead of 6 white domestic geese a-laying, I made Canada geese (we are in the great Northwest) and I made 7 black swans. Since I am Scottish, I decided to make 11 bag pipers. (that was the hardest.)

I just want to tell you what a satisfied customer I am. I ordered on Saturday and I already have the pattern. I very much appreciate that you don't have crazy shipping and handling charges. I am the president of our community's non-profit quilting group and I plan to tell them all about my good experience with a local company. We make beautiful quilts to donate to Santa Anonymous, fire victims, homeless shelters, foster children, etc.  Finding reasonably priced patterns and good service is FABULOUS!!!!

Thank you,
Lora O'Hern

From Marjorie George:

"I just received my copy of Dolly Days from Connecting Threads.  I've been quilting for over 30 years, and I think this is the most precious quilting book I have ever purchased.  Congratulations for publishing such a wonderful book."
